You brief us
Everything starts with a conversation about the work, not the job title. We want to know what the person will actually do, who they report to, and what a good six months looks like.

- How long does a search take?
- For most roles you have a first shortlist within five working days of the brief. Specialist and senior searches take two to four weeks, and we tell you which it is before we start.
- What does it cost an employer?
- 15–20% of the first-year cost to company, invoiced on the start date, with a 90-day replacement guarantee. There is no retainer for standard roles and nothing to pay if you do not hire from our shortlist.
- What does it cost a candidate?
- Nothing, ever. South African law forbids agencies from charging work-seekers, and our fee comes from the employer after you start.
- Will you send my CV out without asking?
- No. We ask you about each specific role before an employer sees your name. Until then they see an anonymised summary.
- Do you only work in Limpopo?
- We are based in Tzaneen and work with employers across South Africa. Most of the process happens by phone, video and in the portal, so distance rarely matters.
- Why do you ask for race, gender and disability?
- Because many employers are required by the Employment Equity Act to report on it and some roles are designated Employment Equity positions. The question is optional, declining does not affect how we work with you, and the answer is only shared for designated roles after you have agreed to be put forward.
- Where is my information stored?
- In South Africa, with sensitive details encrypted. You can see, download or delete everything we hold at any time from your portal.
