How we work with employers

Brief
A two-minute form or a phone call. We ask the questions that matter: what the person will actually do, who they report to, what good looks like at six months.

Shortlist
Screened, referenced, salary-aligned and available. Each person comes with a short note on why we think they fit, and where we would probe in the interview.

Hire
We arrange the interviews, handle the offer conversation, and stay in touch through the first ninety days. If it does not work out, we replace at no charge.

Fast without being careless

A first shortlist within five working days for most roles; specialist searches take a little longer and we say so up front.

Pay on start date

No retainers for standard roles. One invoice, issued when your new colleague starts.

Employment Equity, handled

For designated employers we source against your EE plan and provide the reporting that goes with it.

Accountable

We operate under the Employment Services Act with a named Information Officer. Candidate data is handled under POPIA and never sold or shared without consent.

Upload your CV or your LinkedIn profile export and we build your profile from it. You check it, fix anything we misread, and add what your CV never says: notice period, salary expectation, where you would move to.
